
Synod Community Services was founded to provide essential mental health safety-net services for those with chronic and persistent mental illness in Washtenaw Co. Today,
Synod provides essential services in three counties and works with individuals facing
a variety of challenges from mental illness to addiction disorders.

Personal Care Supports
Meals
Transportation
Prescription Management
Medical Appointments
To ensure access to services, Synod’s residential programs are staffed 24 hours a day,
