Mission and Vision
The Philip House Mission focuses on empowering displaced individuals and families by offering a range of services aimed at promoting self-sufficiency. Their mission is to provide help out of homelessness by equipping those in need with the necessary information, resources, and programs to achieve stable living conditions.

Services Offered:
The organization provides various services, including:
Emergency Shelter: Immediate housing for those in need.
Transitional Housing: Supportive housing options that help individuals and families transition to permanent housing.
Job Assistance: Resources and training to help individuals find employment.
Counseling and Case Management: Support for mental health and personal development.

Housing Placement Assistance and Referral Services:

1. Assist eligible clients in connecting with available housing and identifying housing resources
2. Assist eligible clients with applying for rental subsidies and other financial assistance needed to assist with their housing placement
3. Assists participating clients by advocating on their behalf with landlords and property owners
4. Refers participating clients to additional supportive services
5. Maintain contact with clients to assure housing is secure and maintained
