Program eligibility depends on each woman’s individual situation and we’re happy to help you find out if you
are eligible to enroll in the BCCCP. The major factors are listed below and we invite you to call us to get more information.

1. You are 40 to 64 years old and need breast/cervical screening/diagnostic/ treatment services
2. You are 21 to 39 years of age and need a Pap test or have been referred to BCCCP with an abnormal clinical
breast exam which requires breast diagnostic services
3. Michigan residents living in the Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb County regions
4. Uninsured or under-insured (high out of pocket costs due to insurance deductibles)
5. Meeting income guidelines (under 250% Federal poverty level – call for details)
