The Wayne County Babies Program offers help to develop positive parent & child interactions, help to ensure that the families’ social and medical needs
are met, enhanced parenting skills and abilities, prevention of child abuse
and neglect and improved birth outcomes. Help is available until the baby’s
first birthday.
