The Wayne County Land Bank is looking to assist residents with exterior home repairs. The Exterior
Home Repair program is funded by the Wayne County Land Bank and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA).
Please review the following list of communities we are currently servicing for the Exterior Home Repair Program:

• Inkster
• Lincoln Park
• Melvindale
• River Rouge
• Taylor
• Wayne
The approved activities include:
Storm Doors/Exterior Doors
Windows
Insulation
Ramps (front, side, back or garage)
Handrails
Roofs, Soffit, Gutters, and Fascia (no partial replacements)*
Masonry Replacement or Repair*
Porch/Deck Repair and Installation*
Private Driveways and Sidewalks (concrete and asphalt)**Additional review required

The Exterior Home Repair program is for owner-occupied, single-family homes that are in good standing with their property tax and mortgage payments. The project cost is not to exceed $9,999 and the owner must agree to live in their home for five years following the repairs.
