WATER CONSERVATION PROGRAM:
The Water Conservation Program helps eligible homeowners by providing minor in-home plumbing repairs and
water-saving devices designed to lower water usage and utility costs. The program focuses on addressing con-servation-related plumbing issues and promoting sustainable water practices throughout the community.
Scope of Services:
Minor plumbing repairs that directly support water conservation efforts
Installation of water-saving devices such as faucet aerators, low-flow showerheads, and efficient toilets
Comprehensive water audits to identify conservation opportunities and recommend strategies
Educational resources to help homeowners understand and maintain water-saving habits
WATER AFFORDABILITY Assistance
The Water Affordability Program and the Local Water Utility Affordability Program both provide direct water bill
payment assistance to eligible residents who have a financial burden, a past due balance, water service shut off,
and/or at risk of having their water service shut off.

Supportive wrap-around services through case management, resources, and referrals
ELIGIBILITY:
200% Federal Poverty Level or below
Applicant is responsible for water bill
Applicant must live in the property
Own or rent the home
Shut off notice is not required
