Wyandotte Recreation Department 734-324-7285 OR 734-324-7286 between 9:00 a.m. and 1 p.m. Mon. thru Fridays. Wyandotte also has a volunteer program that will take seniors to doctor appointments and other necessary trips. The Wyandotte senior bus makes trips to Southland Center in Taylor every Monday. The cost is $2 and there’s a limit of 11 passengers. The first 11 callers will be placed on the list. Pickups will start at 9:30 a.m. and on the return trip, the bus
will pick up shoppers at 12:30 p.m. at the J.C.Penney back entrance (the catalog pickup area). Call 734-324-7285 be-
tween 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to reserve your spot.
(Also has a Token Program ($1.75 each) and are available for sale at the Wyandotte Recreation Center).

The Wyandotte Recreation, Leisure & Culture Dept. in conjunction with SMART, operates a bus and van service for
Wyandotte Senior Citizens 55 & Over & People with Disabilities. The vehicles are available to transport seniors &
disabled persons within the local area for a fee of $1 (one-way). Call 734-324-4522, 24 hours in advance to schedule
a pick-up time. Boundaries: Anywhere in the City of Wyandotte & Southgate.
