Financial Assistance for Ocular Melanoma:
A Cure In Sightâ„¢ (ACIS) offers financial help to patients struggling with the costs of ocular melanoma (uveal melanoma or eye cancer). After initial treatment, many patients face ongoing expenses for medications, procedures, and monitoring for metastatic disease.
Who Qualifies?
To apply, patients must complete an application and provide: A medical bill / Rent or mortgage statement /Utility bill /
Insurance premium bill
All funds are paid directly to the provider or company, except for co-pay reimbursements. Patients can receive up to $1,500 one time to help cover expenses, including gift cards for gasoline and groceries. Applications are processed in 30 days, and a detailed copy of the bill is required.
