A nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of chained and outdoor dogs by providing free life-enhancing services and supplies to low-income pet owners. The organization helps with secure fencing, insulated dog houses, spay/neuter assistance, vaccinations, flea and heartworm prevention, pet food, and owner education to promote responsible pet care. C.H.A.I.N.E.D. also works to reduce animal neglect through community outreach, advocacy, and partnerships that support safer, healthier lives for dogs and their families.
