DESCRIPTION: Veterans seeking assistance through the Cell Phones for Soldiers Mobile program can apply for a free cell phone and one year of unlimited talk, text, and data by completing the online application form.

To be eligible for the Cell Phones for Soldiers Mobile program, applicants must:                                                                               

Be a Veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces (proof of service required)
Demonstrate financial need (low-income or at-risk veterans are prioritized).
Need a phone for essential communication (employment, healthcare, family).
