Detroit homeowners who are low-to-moderate income and occupy single-family homes. Properties with 2 units, such as a duplex, may also be eligible if they live in 1 of the units. Homeowners in designated Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Areas (NRSA) and Slum & Blight areas could qualify with incomes above 80% AMI.

DESCRIPTION
Provides 0% interest loans to Detroit homeowners for home repairs and improvements addressing health and safety issues. Loans are available between $5,000–$25,000 and have a 10-year repayment period (up to $50,000 for properties with 2 units, as long as the applicant lives in 1 unit). Applications will be available online and at designated Intake Centers which can also provide assistance to complete the application.
