DESCRIPTION:  Eldercare Locator, a public service of the Administration for Community Living connecting you to services for older adults and their families.

SERVICES / PROGRAMS: This service is to make older adults and caregivers aware of the Eldercare Locator, Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) and the many services available within communities that help older adults live well and independently at home.

HOW TO APPLY:  Service is available Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.  Be prepared with the county, city, or zip code and a brief description of the problem. Call 1-800-677-1116.
