Our Mission:
The Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 1989 by Grandmont Rosedale residents for the purpose of preserving and improving the Grandmont Rosedale neighborhoods of Northwest Detroit. Our small but mighty team of staff organizes a wide range of programs designed to help our community prosper as a place to live, work and play.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for GRDC home repair programs, you must meet certain criteria, including but not limited to:  Residing within the Grandmont Rosedale service area (Grandmont, Grandmont No.1, Minock Park, North Rosedale Park, Rosedale Park).

We are one of the only community development organizations in the city of Detroit that serve a designated community
We are committed to improving and adding diversity to the housing stock in Grandmont Rosedale through home repair and new developments.
We have organized and run the Northwest Detroit Farmers’ Market, one of the largest neighborhood markets in Detroit since 2009.
