The Matrix Human Adult Services are a group of programs and services provided through our Adult and Senior Division. The collective goal of these Centers is to further support families and rebuild neighborhoods in Detroit.
The Matrix Human Services Adult Services are located inside The Matrix Center, our thriving community hub in Detroit’s east-side Osborn neighborhood.
SENIOR PROGRAMS

• Personal home care services (cleaning, cooking, laundering and more)
• Free community recreation activities including water-chair aerobics, community luncheons, health fairs, field trips and more.
• Low-cost non-emergency medical transportation (must call and register; includes 2 free round-trip rides per month within 20 miles of your location; call a week in advance for ride).
If you know of anyone 55+ who needs to leave the house while maintaining social distancing (avoiding public transit), we provide no cost rides that are safe & reliable for trips to doctor appointments, grocery stores, and more.
