NW Goldberg Cares, a 501(c)(3) located in the heart of Detroit’s NW Goldberg neighborhood, aims to improve upon the lives of residents by incubating neighborhood businesses, building a strong community and ensuring a family-friendly neighborhood.

At NW Goldberg Cares, our real estate efforts are focused on restoring neighborhood housing one home at a time. We acquire vacant or blighted properties, fully renovate them with care, and bring them back to life for future families to enjoy.

CREATING GREEN SPACES, REVITALIZING THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Since 2017, NW Goldberg Cares has been reactivating vacant lots and underused land to create beautiful, functional, and inclusive public spaces across the neighborhood. From peaceful reading gardens and vibrant art parks to basketball courts and performance venues, each space is designed to foster connection, creativity, and community pride.
