DESCRIPTION: The Revive Home Repair Grant is funded by FHLBank Indianapolis and distributed through participating financial institutions. FHLBank provides grant funding of up to $15,000 per homeowner, while each provider determines its service area, application process, eligible repairs, and additional requirements. Homeowners must apply through a participating financial institution such as those listed at 2026_Revive_Participating_Members_List_5_15_26.pdf rather than directly through FHLBank Indianapolis.

PROGRAMS/SERVICES:

• Home, Health, Safety Repairs: Funding may help with costly repairs needed to maintain or improve the home, or address conditions affecting the home’s safety. Repairs may include:
  • Roof replacements, gutters, HVAC systems, windows, exterior doors, water heaters, wells, septic systems, foundations, sump pumps, waterproofing, insulation, and electrical or plumbing updates, mold and mildew remediation.
• Accessibility Improvements: Modifications that improve accessibility for homeowners with disabilities. Modifications may include:
  • Wheelchair ramps, widened doorways, walk-in showers, high-profile toilets, grab bars, chair lifts, and main-floor laundry relocations.
