
NAF Grant Programs:
It is through our grant programs that we hope to have the most immediate impact, but we also hope to leverage our position and resources to build and nurture community by providing a central point of education, information, referral and connection. To ensure you are eligible for these grant programs, please request a letter of good standing from your adoption agency, review the General Grant Guidelines and fill out and sign the HIPAADisclosure Form before proceeding. Please also pay close attention to the deadline dates listed below.
If we are not currently in a grant cycle, do not send in your application; it will not be considered and it will not be saved for the next round.

A grant for families seeking the unique and informed post-placement support services needed by children with adoption and attachment challenges. Hannah’s Halo Grants will be awarded in amounts generally not to exceed $5,000, per grant award.

A grant for those who desire to build their family by adding a child through international adoption. Grants may be awarded for the full amount required to adopt a child or a percentage of that amount. Zoe’s Rainbow grants will be awarded in amounts generally not to exceed $25,000, per grant award.

A grant for families who have welcomed children with significant medical needs. Funding will be available for one-time approved medical procedures and/or to offset medical expenses of approved treatment(s) of ongoing conditions by accredited providers. Lucy’s Love grants will be awarded in amounts generally not to exceed $15,000, per grant award.
