DESCRIPTION:  Burial in a VA national cemetery is available for eligible Veterans, their spouses and dependents at NO COST to the family and includes the gravesite, opening and closing of the grave, a headstone or marker, perpetual care and a Presidential Memorial Certificate. For Veterans, benefits may also include a burial flag (with case for active-duty) and military funeral honors.

SERVICES / PROGRAMS: To schedule a burial, all discharge documentation must be faxed to 1-866-900-6417 OR emailed to NCA.Scheduling@va.gov to the National Cemetery Scheduling Office.
