The Washtenaw County Health Department has a new pilot program to help older adults
avoid falls in their homes! To qualify, community members should be 70+ years old, living
in a house or mobile home and living in 48197 or 48198.

If you know of someone who fits these qualifications and would be interested in a free in-home fall risk assessment, please share this info with them! To learn more, they can call
the Healthy Homes Program at 734-496-1937 and leave a message. A nurse will call back
with more information about available services.
