CLIENTS SERVED: Owner-occupied, single-family homes that are in good standing with their property tax and mortgage payments. The project cost is not to exceed $9,999 and the owner must agree to live in their home for five years following the repairs.

EXTERIOR HOME REPAIR PROGRAM
Funded by the Wayne County Land Bank and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA).Repairs include:

• Storm Doors/Exterior Doors
• Windows
• Insulation
• Ramps (front, side, back or garage)
• Handrails
• Roofs, Soffit, Gutters, and Fascia (no partial replacements)*
• Masonry Replacement or Repair*
• Porch/Deck Repair and Installation*
• Private Driveways and Sidewalks (concrete and asphalt)**Additional review required
