If you live outside these 2 counties:
All emergency cell phone grants are made through local agencies. Contact your local law enforcement agency
or shelter and explain your need. Your local agency can then contact us to request an emergency cell phone
on your behalf. Have your local agency call us at: 866-290-7864 or email us at requests@911cellphonebank.org.
