Wells Fargo sponsors 2 programs (administered by Scholarship America^®) for Veterans pursuing higher education. Applications are open for a limited time each year or until available funds are completely disbursed.

The Wells Fargo Veterans Scholarship Program provides scholarships to fill unmet financial need of veterans after military benefits and other grants and scholarships have been packaged by their school, so that veterans can focus on completing their education and reduce reliance on student loans. Renewable scholarships of up to $5,000 toward full-time undergraduate or graduate (first master’s degree) study may be awarded.

The Wells Fargo Emergency Aid for Student Veterans provides emergency financial assistance to veterans and their spouses enrolled in higher education and facing short-term financial setbacks that may detail their pursuit of higher education. Grants of up to $1,000 will be awarded to honorably-discharged student veterans and the spouses or widows/widowers of disabled veterans.
