*****Customers may apply more than once during the year if needed. Please note, however, that the program is capped each year, and funds are distributed until they run out. Customers are still responsible for paying all current and past due balances until official notification approval is received from Wyandotte CARES. We also want to make you aware that utility services may now be disconnected year-round for unpaid bills. Our goal is always to help you avoid service interruptions, and we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible if you are struggling to keep up with payments.
