The Housing Commission administers the low-income public housing and Section 8 programs within the City to ensure that participants are provided with adequate, safe, and affordable housing opportunities. All applicants must complete an application to be assigned a position
on the waiting list. Selection is based on factors such as income limits and family status. Applications are accepted Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Housing Commission office for public housing only.
